Installer of the Month Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Space-Plug Installer of the Month campaign.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Space-Plug Ltd.

2. Eligibility

The campaign is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who work within the installation, kitchen fitting, joinery, carpentry or wider trade sector.

3. How to Enter

Entries must be submitted through the Installer of the Month nomination form. Entrants may nominate themselves or another installer.

4. Entry Content

Entries may include written information, photographs, videos, project details, customer feedback or examples of installation work. By submitting an entry, the entrant confirms that they have the right to provide this information and that any people, businesses or customers featured have given permission for the content to be submitted.

5. Content Usage

By submitting an entry, entrants agree that Space-Plug Ltd may use the submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Space-Plug Ltd website, social media channels, email marketing, trade press, printed materials and future Installer of the Month or Fast Fit Crew promotions.

6. Winner Selection

One Installer of the Month will be selected by Space-Plug Ltd each month. Winners will be chosen based on the quality of their installation work, use of Space-Plug Ltd products where applicable, professionalism, creativity, workmanship, story, customer feedback and overall suitability for the campaign.

7. Judging

This is a judged campaign and winners will not be selected at random. The decision of Space-Plug Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of winners.

8. Prizes and Recognition

Winners may receive Space-Plug Ltd merchandise, product bundles, website recognition, social media promotion, a place in the Installer of the Month or Fast Fit Crew Hall of Fame, and other promotional opportunities as determined by Space-Plug Ltd.

9. Prize Substitution

Prizes are subject to availability. Space-Plug Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize, merchandise or promotional item with an alternative of equal or greater value where necessary. There is no cash alternative.

10. Winner Contact

Winners will be contacted using the details provided in the nomination form. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable period, Space-Plug Ltd reserves the right to select another winner.

11. Publicity

Winners agree that Space-Plug Ltd may publish their name, business name, general location, submitted content and details of their work as part of the Installer of the Month campaign.

12. Responsibility for Entries

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and that they have permission to share any photographs, videos, customer comments or third-party content included in their entry.

13. Changes to the Campaign

Space-Plug Ltd reserves the right to amend, pause, cancel or withdraw the Installer of the Month campaign at any time if circumstances make this necessary.
